Terms of Service

Please give this a careful read; to avoid any misunderstandings or breaches.

Payment Terms

  • I always take payments in advance, but it can be 50% when I start it and 50% when I finish it. This format is for prices above $30, only.

  • Once I sent the invoice, the payment should be done in 3 days, or the commission will be cancelled. (Exceptions can be made, just talk to me!)

  • I accept payments through: WIse, Paypal and Ko-Fi. You don't have to pay the fees but if you do, I'll be really grateful (and might spoil you a bit with extras hehe)

General Terms

  • I reserve the right to deny any commision I don't feel comfortable doing or feel like I can do justice to the project.

  • The estimated time of completion of the commission is 1 week to 3 months. If you can't wait that long, please refrain from commissioning me.

  • That time can vary a lot depending on my health issues, complexity or quantity of your order or the people in front of you in the Working Queue. Please check Trello. You can ask me for updates any time but I usually send them right when I finish said step!

  • Major changes can be made only at the sketch phase. 3 changes are free!

  • By commissioning me, you agree that i can post your commission and its WiP's on my social media at anytime, BUT you can ask me to not tag you. Private commissions might cost extra, since I don't get to display my work for portfolio.

  • Refunds are not possible for pieces that I've already started.

  • Please specify your desired BG! Simple, Flat color (hexcode appreciated) or transparent. Complex BG's can have additional charges, please ask about it if in doubt!

  • Reposts are allowed and appreciated but ONLY IF YOU TAG ME!

  • All the updates on the waitlist will be on my Trello, linked on Home. but you can ask me about your turn whenever! but PLEASE don't rush me.

  • Paying the invoice means you agreed with all my terms. Please understand your responsability as well!
